TEFAP Food Distribution Tomorrow in Saguache
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) commodities will be distributed Thursday, June 9 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Lazy KV Estates clubhouse.
TEFAP stands for The Emergency Food Assistance Program and is a federal program that provides people living on a low income with extra food each month at NO COST!
You must have proof of income, residency, and photo id, if available. If you are having someone pickup for you, a proxy form must be signed or on file.

Library Summer Reading Program Starts Tomorrow
Looking for something super-fun for your kiddos to do this summer? The Northern Saguache County Library District Summer Reading Program begins tomorrow, June 9 at the Saguache Public Library! Stories, crafts, prizes, and refreshments for your kids (up to age 10). Sign-up sheets are at each library.
Then be sure to mark the calendar for a “fun”rasier for the Saguache Public Library on Sunday, June 19. Join others at the 3rd Annual Saguache Community Pig Roast. Everyone is invited to this FREE event from 3 – 6 p.m. which is also Father’s Day. Donations will be accepted and go to the Saguache Public Library and great events like the Summer Reading Program.
