Saguache Father’s Day Offering: BBQ and Sunshine!
This Sunday, June 19 is Father’s Day. So thanks to all the hard-working, caring Dads living in Saguache Today. And if you haven’t made your plans yet to celebrate Dad, there’ still time. Why not take advantage of the annual Community Appreciation Pig Roast this Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at the Community Building in Otto Mears Park. The FREE event is a fundraiser for the Saguache County Library, so donations will be accepted for the library…otherwise, come and feast in honor of Father with your family! Menu is roast pork, pinto beans, green chili (pork and vegan varieties), baked potatoes + fixings, tortillas, and fresh churros! And the weather looks to be perfect!
