Sunday Showings Continue This Weekend at Museum
The Saguache Sunday Showings will culminate this weekend, June 26 with presenters Becky Dolan and Ken Frye, Founders of Native American Research & Preservation. They will speak about Modified Trees, Stone Sculptures and Oblong Singing Stones.
Ken Frye will speak at the Saguache County & Hazard Museum on Sunday, June 26.
Frye is a retired archaeologist for the National Forest Service is currently the president of the Old Spanish Trail – La Vereda del Norte Chapter of the Old Spanish Trail.
The series which run Sundays thru June are hosted by the Saguache County & Hazard Museums. the guest speakers come from a variety of backgrounds, and speak on a variety of topics. The program begin at 1:30 p.m. Refreshments are served and donations are appreciated.
